Are you tired of wasting your money on expensive beauty products that only seem to irritate your skin? I have spent countless dollars on skin care products that either gave me a rash, breakouts, or even a complete allergic reaction. After years of researching and trying too many products, I found a few natural products that I love, and work great for me. A couple of them you may already have in your kitchen right now. The first one is organic extra virgin olive oil. I know people think oil makes your skin oily, but this is just not the case. Skin makes too much oil when it is too dry. If it is properly moisturized, then it is balanced and won't produce extra oil. Olive oil is close to the same PH level as our skin. It is an excellent face and body moisturizer. It is extremely gentle because of its PH level. You just need a few tiny drops. Get organic extra virgin olive oil if you can. If you are not an olive oil fan than perhaps coconut oil is for you. Coconut oil is superb at moisturizing and has a sweet smell. It absorbs pretty fast and goes from solid to liquid on skin contact easily. Just put a tiny amount in your hands and rub between hands until it melts, then apply to face and body. Coconut oil is a little more expensive than olive oil, but you use so little because it is super concentrated. Less than a pea size amount will cover your whole face and neck. I also love a product I bought online called Squalene oil. It is made from olives as well. There is also one made from shark oil, but I don't use that one. Not when the olive squalene works so well. The one I buy also contains vitamin E and A as well as the olive sqaulene oil. I believe it costs anywhere from 10 to 25 dollars, depending on the size or brand. And my 2 ounce bottle has lasted a year. Hope one of these budget beauty solutions helps you.
