Celeriac Pasta Noodles
Celeriac Root Pasta Noodles are wonderful veggie noodles that are paleo, low carb, gluten free, and vegan.
, peeled and cut in fourths
, enough to cover noodles
Medium to large sauce pan
Using a vegetable peeler, peel the dirty outer skin and hairy stuff off the celeriac root until it is white in color.
Cut into fourths. Put each large piece into the spiralizer and turn into noodles.
Once spiralized, bring a pot of water and pinch of salt to a boil.
Add celeriac noodles and boil for 2 to 3 minutes until just soft. Remove from heat and drain water from noodles.
Can pat noodles dry a little with a paper towel if desired.
Serve with a sauce of choice.
