An easy to prepare bake sirloin roast with a delicious herb rub. Low carb, keto and paleo.

3lb sirloin tip roast
1 ½ tsp sea salt
½ teaspoongarlic powder
½ teaspoonground black pepper
½ teaspoononion powder
⅛ teaspoonground cayenne pepper
½ teaspoondried oregano
½ teaspoondried thyme
2 ½ tablespoonsolive oil
In a small bowl, mix the paprika, sea salt, garlic powder, black pepper, onion powder, cayenne pepper, oregano, and thyme. Stir in the olive oil & minced garlic. Set aside and let the rub paste rest for about 12 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
Place the roast on the prepared baking sheet, and brush the rub paste on all sides of the roast.
Roast in a preheated oven for 1 hour to 3 hours (depending on size) until a minimum internal temperature of 135 to 145 degrees F (63 degrees C, use a thermometer to check). Let sit 14 minutes before slicing. Slice & Serve.
