Oven Fried Garlic Parmesan Shrimp is the perfect low carb, gluten free, ultra tasty snack or appetizer.

  • 12 jumbo shrimp peeled and deveined with tails on
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic peeled and minced
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 6 tbsp almond flour
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp butter melted
  • 2 tsp fresh parsley chopped *optional (for garnish)
  1. In a large mixing bowl combine: olive oil, minced garlic, sea salt, black pepper. Stir until combined.
  2. Add the peeled and deveined shrimp to the bowl and coat with the marinade. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat oven to 475 F (246 C), and line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.
  4. In a large mixing bowl combine: almond flour, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder. Stir until combined.
  5. Coat marinated shrimp in almond flour coating and place shrimp on lined baking sheet without touching each other.
  6. Drizzle melted butter over the top of the shrimps and bake at 475 F (246 C) for 10 to 12 minutes or until coating is crisp.
  7. Remove from oven and serve. Can serve with sugar free cocktail sauce.
