Keto Peppermint Mocha Fat Bombs are low carb, paleo, tasty, sweet, no-bake treats with flavors of chocolate mocha and a mint accent. These treats contain healthy fats and MCT oil for a power boost of energy and fat burning, brain-boosting fuel.

  • 1 ½ tbsp coconut oil melted
  • 1 ½ tbsp Omega Power Creamer in the original blend
  • 2 tbsp granulated erythritol sweetener Swerve, or can use 2 tbsp coconut sugar for paleo option
  • 3 tbsp almond flour
  • ½ tsp instant coffee granules
  • ½ tsp hot water
  • ½ tsp cocoa or cacao powder
  • tsp mint extract
  • 1 tsp cocoa or cacao powder
  • 1 ½ tsp granulated erythritol Swerve or other low carb or paleo sweetener
  1. In a small bowl dissolve the instant coffee in the hot water and stir until dissolved. Set aside.
  2. In a food processor or blender combine: 1 ½ tbsp coconut oil, 1 ½ tbsp omega powder creamer, the instant coffee water mixture, 2 tbsp erythritol sweetener, ½ tsp cacao powder, 3 tbsp almond flour, ⅛ tsp mint extract. Blend or process until smooth paste forms.
  3. Put the mixture in the freezer for 8 to 10 minutes to firm.
  4. In a small bowl combine: 1 tsp cacao or cocoa powder and 1 ½ tsp erythritol sweetener. Set aside.
  5. Remove fat bomb mixture from freezer and using your hands or a small cookie scoop form and roll the mixture into 6 small balls.
  6. Rolls each ball into the cacao and sweetener powder coating and serve.
  7. Store in a covered container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
