In a stand mixer or mixing bowl with an electric hand mixer, beat together the sweetener and cream cheese for 1 minute.
Add peanut butter and cocoa powder and beat until thoroughly combined be sure to scrape down the sides and bottom of the bowl and mix until combined.
While the mixer is running on medium speed, slowly add the heavy cream and continue mixing until creamy and fluffy (should look like a whipped frosting texture).
Divide the mousse between 4 small cups or containers and chill for 15 minutes.
Serve and enjoy.
