Keto Instant Pot Baby Back Ribs are tender fall off the bone, saucy and delicious, low carb, Paleo, bone-in, pork ribs that you can easily make with your Instant Pot.

Remove the membrane from the rack of ribs with a knife if they still have one (usually, the membrane is already removed from most store-bought ribs).
In a small bowl, mix all the rub ingredients. Massage the rub into the rack of ribs covering all the surfaces on both sides of the rack. Set aside.
Place the trivet (the rack with handles that comes with the IP) into the Instant Pot inner pot.
Pour water, beef broth, and the ½ teaspoon liquid smoke into the pot.
Bend rack of ribs in a circle with the meaty side of ribs facing out (the meaty side facing the walls of the pot), place onto the trivet in the pot * see photo.
Using ¼ cup of bbq sauce (reserve the larger portion of sauce for later), gently brush or spoon over the ribs in the pot.
Close and lock Instant Pot lid, and flip the steam release handle to the Sealing mode.
Press Pressure Cook (or Manual on some models) on High Pressure and Press the + button to set the timer to 25 minutes.
Once cooking time is complete, let the pressure Naturally Release for at least 20 minutes (do nothing & let the pot sit for 20 minutes) and then Quick Release any remaining pressure.
Heat oven to broil (high). Gently lift ribs from Instant Pot and place on a foil-lined, silicone baking mat lined or non stick baking sheet.
Brush ribs with remaining BBQ sauce covering all sides. Broil for 4 to 5 minutes or until the sauce has caramelized. Remove from broiler and serve.
