Instructions
Grease the Air Fryer tray with cooking spray and preheat at 400 ºF (200ºC).
In a large mixing bowl, add the chicken wings and sprinkle chicken with the baking powder, lemon pepper seasoning, garlic powder and sea salt.
Mix with your hands and turn to coat in spices until chicken is covered.
Place chicken in the Air Fryer basket, avoiding overlapping (you may need to cook in batches depending on the size of the air fryer).
Lightly spray over the chicken with the oil spray.
Cook for 20-25 minutes, turning chicken over halfway through the cooking time (flip at 10 minutes), until crisp and golden.
Serve immediately with optional fresh parsley and lemon or lime wedges.
