To a large mixing bowl with an electric hand mixer or stand mixer, add softened cream cheese, heavy cream, sour cream, powdered sweetener, and vanilla extract.
6 ounces Cream Cheese block-style, ½ cup Heavy Cream, ⅓ cup Low Carb Powdered Sweetener, 1 ½ teaspoon Vanilla Extract, 2 tablespoons Sour Cream
Mix on low for a minute, then on medium to high for a few minutes until thick, creamy, and thoroughly combined.
Add cocoa powder and mix on high until combined, scraping the side with a rubber scraper to mix thoroughly.

Add red food color and mix until blended or at the consistency of pudding.
½ teaspoon to 1 teaspoon Natural Red Food Coloring
Spoon or use a pastry bag to pipe mousse into a small dessert glass or bowl (or you can also refrigerate in a sealed container until ready to serve).
Garnish with a dollop of sugar-free whipped cream and a little optional grated sugar-free chocolate. Serve
