Keto Crepe with Berries is super simple to prepare with egg white wraps crepes and filling the crepes with a yummy cheesecake-like cream and berry filling.
In a large mixing bowl or stand mixer, beat the cream cheese, sour cream, heavy cream, powdered sweetener, vanilla, and lemon juice with an electric hand mixer until smooth and fluffy. Set aside.
6 oz. Cream Cheese, ¼ cup Sour Cream, 2 tablespoon Heavy Cream, ⅓ cup Low-Carb Confectioners Powdered Sweetener, ½ teaspoon Vanilla extract, 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and grease with ½ tablespoon butter or oil unless the skillet is non-stick. Heat each egg white wrap for 15 to 30 seconds per side. Remove and repeat until all wraps are heated.

Divide filling and berries among egg wraps or homemade low-carb crepes and roll up in wraps or crepes.
⅓ cup sliced Strawberries or Berries
Sift powdered sweetener over crepes and garnish with a dollop of whipped cream and a few sliced berries if desired.
