I love these popsicles. Flavors of mango and banana with subtle vanilla accents. Use a small to medium popsicle mold. I used a medium one and made 5, but if I used my small popsicle mold, I would have made 8 pops.
2cupsunsweetened almond or coconut milkor 1 cup of each.
1small to medium bananaripe.
½cupmangochopped (fresh or frozen).
½teaspoongluten freeorganic vanilla extract or vanilla bean powder.
1 ½tablespoonor less Honey for paleoor 25 drops liquid stevia (to taste) for low carb version., to taste
Instructions
Mix all ingredients in a blender until smooth and blended.
Pour into small to medium size popsicle molds.
Freeze until solid.
Run a little warm water over molds before removing to loosen pops.
Could also put in an ice cream maker, and follow manufacturer’s directions to make ice cream.
