Keto Sour Cream Parmesan Chicken is low carb, gluten-free and completely simple to prepare and bake with a creamy cheesy baked-in coating of sour cream, parmesan, and spices.
Preheat oven to 375℉ (190℃). Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish or 2 ½ quart casserole dish.
In a medium-size mixing bowl combine: sour cream, 2 tablespoon of the parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, sea salt, and pepper. Mix until combined.
Brush or spread the sour cream mixture over both sides of the chicken and place in the casserole dish.
Sprinkle remaining ½ tablespoon of parmesan cheese over the top of the chicken and bake in the oven for 35 to 45 minutes or until chicken is done.
Turn on the oven broiler and place the dish with the chicken under the broiler for 1 to 2 minutes to just lightly brown the top a little if desired. Remove from oven & serve.
