peanut butter
unsweetened or almond butter for paleo, or sunflower seed butter for nut-free.

cup
unsweetened canned full fat coconut milk

tablespoon
coconut aminos or tamari sauce

fish sauce
sugar-free

minced ginger

teaspoon
minced garlic

Thai red curry paste
or ¼ to ½ teaspoon ground red pepper

Instructions
Add all ingredients except for cilantro & water to a blender or magic bullet type processor. Blend until smooth & creamy.
If the sauce is too thick, add 1 to 2 tablespoon of the water and blend until smooth.
Pour sauce in a serving bowl and garnish with optional cilantro. Serve.
