Preheat the air fryer to 390℉ (200℃) and line the air fryer basket or tray with parchement paper.
Rinse & dry green beans throughly with paper towels.
In a large bowl, mix together parmesan cheese, finely crushed pork rinds, and garlic powder. Set aside.
Add almond flour to a large bowl and set aside.
In a medium bowl whisk the eggs.
Dip each green bean in the egg mixture.
Add green bean to almond flour to coat. Add green bean to the pork rind mixer and roll to coat.
Place on parchment paper on air fryer basket not touching (may need to air fry in small batches depending on air fryer size).Spray lightly with oil spray.
Air fry for 5 to 6 minutes or until golden brown.
Sprinkle with additional parm cheese if desired and serve.
