Keto honey mustard crispy chicken salad with bacon, hardboiled egg slices, tomatoes, and avocado with a tangy, sweet, low-carb honey mustard dressing makes this salad stand out.
Bake or air fry chicken tenders according to the directions on the package, or prepare my homemade keto air fryer chicken tender recipe in advance.
Cook your bacon and hard boil the eggs (or can use pre-boiled packaged hard-boiled eggs) while the chicken cooks.
Let eggs cool, chop bacon, and chop tomatoes in half. Peel and slice the eggs.
Remove chicken from the oven or air fryer, place on a cutting board, and allow to cool a bit, then slice into bite-size pieces.
On salad plates, divide and arrange the salad greens, bacon, sliced hard-boiled eggs, chopped tomatoes, avocado slices, shredded cheddar cheese, and chopped chicken.
Drizzle the salads with low-carb honey mustard dressing (store-bought or homemade) and serve immediately.
