- 6 Keto Frozen Real Good® Breaded Chicken Tender Strips or 6 Keto Homemade Air Fryer Chicken Tenders
- 4 slices Bacon, cooked and chopped
- ½ medium-sized Avocado sliced
- 3 large Eggs hardboiled and sliced
- ½ cup Grape Tomatoes, sliced in halves
- ½ cup shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 5 ounces Salad Greens
- ½ cup Keto Honey Mustard Dressing or my Easy Homemade Keto Honey Mustard Dressing

Instructions
Bake or air fry chicken tenders according to the directions on the package, or prepare my homemade keto air fryer chicken tender recipe in advance.
Cook your bacon and hard boil the eggs (or can use pre-boiled packaged hard-boiled eggs) while the chicken cooks. Let eggs cool, chop bacon, and chop tomatoes in half. Peel and slice the eggs.
Remove chicken from the oven or air fryer, place on a cutting board, and allow to cool a bit, then slice into bite-size pieces.
Divide and arrange the salad greens, bacon, sliced hard-boiled eggs, chopped tomatoes, avocado slices, shredded cheddar cheese, and chopped chicken on salad plates.
Drizzle the salads with low-carb honey mustard dressing (store-bought or homemade).
Serve.
