Coat the air fryer basket with cooking spray or line the basket with parchment liner, and preheat the Air fryer to 375℉ (190℃).
Mix the butter, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, minced garlic, sea salt, pepper, paprika, and chopped scallions until well combined.
Use a paper towel to pat the halibut fillets dry. Spoon the lemon butter mixture onto each fillet and spread it evenly, covering the top and sides. Place a thin lemon slice on top of each fillet and carefully transfer them to the air fryer basket as it’s preheated.
Air fry the halibut at 375°F (190℃) for 6-8 minutes, or until cooked through.
Serve it with extra chopped scallions and a side salad.
