Keto Sour Cream Parmesan Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ lb skinless boneless chicken breasts (about 4 @5-ounce chicken breast halves)

  • 6 tbsp whole fat sour cream
  • 2 ½ tbsp shredded parmesan cheese divided
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375℉ (190℃). Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish or 2 ½ quart casserole dish.
  • In a medium-size mixing bowl combine: sour cream, 2 tbsp of the parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, sea salt, and pepper. Mix until combined.

  • Brush or spread the sour cream mixture over both sides of the chicken and place in the casserole dish.

  • Sprinkle remaining ½ tbsp of parmesan cheese over the top of the chicken and bake in the oven for 35 to 45 minutes or until chicken is done.

  • Turn on the oven broiler and place the dish with the chicken under the broiler for 1 to 2 minutes to just lightly brown the top a little if desired. Remove from oven & serve.
