You can use store-bought jam, sugar-free jam,  homemade jam,  or chia seed jam in the recipe.

Stacey, I have tried these and my kids absolutely love them. These have become a staple in our house now. However, I read was reading that some of the "healthy foods" you're eating every day are making fat cells sick and making it impossible to lose weight. What do you think? https://goo.gl/5AgfBY

Where was the lemon in the recipe....just in with the blueberries...thought it meant lemon cream.

The lemon is in with the berries, so it is actually "berry lemon & cream parfait", but WordPress (the blogging platform I use) does not like the word "and" or any conjunctions in post titles, so I had to remove it. Sorry for the confusion.

This looks like the kind of thing I would love to eat for breakfast. (And my kids, too!) They love to eat frozen blueberries by the cupful!

These parfaits look so delicious and fresh. It's the perfect dessert for me - I always have bags full of blueberries in the freezer. We make smoothies with them and have them in yoghurt - I think parfait is next!

Mmmm. I just love parfaits and the fact that they are so easy to prepare when you want a dessert STAT! I have glass envy. I just love the glasses in your second photo and think the parfaits look perfect in them. Thanks for the recipe.
