    Grilled Chicken Alfredo Celeriac Noodles Low Carb-

    Gluten-free, primal & keto, Grilled Chicken Alfredo Celeriac Noodles Low Carb is a tasty comfort food meal.

    Grilled Chicken Alfredo Celeriac Noodles Low Carb is such an incredibly tasty low carb and gluten-free meal.

    Total comfort food here with this pasta dish made with spiralized vegetable noodles, creamy Alfredo sauce, and savory grilled chicken strips.

    I used my simple celeriac noodle recipe in this meal, but you could also use this on zucchini noodles, spaghetti squash, shirataki noodles, or hearts of palm noodles.

    I will be making this frequently, as it was a big hit with the whole family, and really curbed my pasta and noodle cravings.

    Grilled Chicken Alfredo Celeriac Noodles Low Carb & Gluten FreePin

    Grilled Chicken Alfredo Celeriac Noodles Low Carb

    Ingredients:

    • ½ lb chicken breast tenderloins
    • 1 ½ tbsp avocado oil, or olive oil
    • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
    • ⅛ teaspoon black pepper
    • ½ cup butter (1 stick)
    • 8 ounces cream cheese (1 package)
    • ½ cup heavy cream
    • 1 ½ teaspoon garlic powder
    • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
    • ⅓ to ½ cup plain unsweetened almond milk

    Noodles:

    • Spiralized boiled celeriac noodles, or spiralized cooked zucchini noodles, or cooked spaghetti squash noodles,  Can use a vegetable spiralizer tool.
    • 1/ tablespoon chopped parsley *optional garnish

    Directions:

    1. In a medium saucepan over medium heat combine: butter and cream cheese.
    2. Melt and stir butter and cream cheese until creamy.
    3. Add heavy cream, garlic powder, and grated Parmesan. Whisk until smooth.
    4. Add ⅓ cup to ½ cup plain unflavored unsweetened almond milk to thin. Whisk until smooth and turn down heat to low.
    5. Heat a stove top grill pan or grill to medium high. Brush grill or pan with avocado or olive oil.
    6. Grill chicken tenderloins for 4 to 6 minutes on each side until done. Remove from heat.
    7. Place cooked spiralized vegetable noodles of choice on a plate and add alfredo sauce.
    8. Sprinkle with optional chopped parsley and place grilled chicken strips on top. Serve.

        Thank Darryl, you can use a marinara, dairy free pesto. or cauliflower alfredo sauce on the noodles as well.
