These keto smash burger tacos are loaded with ground beef, cheese, onions, lettuce, and a tasty, homemade low-carb special sauce.

I made my smash burger patty using the mustard-fried method to replicate the flavor of the In-N-Out burger.

My son hates mustard, so we omitted the mustard from his burger.

The flour tortilla wraps I used are gluten-free, low-carb, high in fiber, and high in protein. However, you can use any low-carb flour tortilla or wrap you prefer.

My husband, who is not on a low-carb or gluten-free diet, had his smash burger taco made with the traditional flour tortilla.

My Cheddar Ranch Chicken Burgers recipe inspired this.
