Easy Keto Peanut Butter Cookies Flourless
Easy Keto Peanut Butter Cookies Flourless are super simple to make and use only four ingredients and do not contain any flours.
Low carb, gluten-free, flourless, only four-ingredient peanut butter cookies that so very delicious. My whole family was so pleased with these cookies and found them quite addictive!
I was happy that I almost always have all the four ingredients to make these cookies on hand and didn’t need to use any of my pricey low-carb flours.

I used an organic, no sugar added brand of smooth peanut butter that only contains: peanuts, oil, and salt to make sure these delightful cookies were as low carb as possible.
The cookies I made were crisp on the outside but relatively soft inside as I made them a little thicker, but if you pressed them down thinner or baked them longer, then I’m sure they would be crunchier.
My son prefers his peanut butter cookies a little softer.
