This decadent, indulgent mousse is so rich and full of chocolate peanut butter goodness that it is hard to believe that it is low carb and keto-friendly.
Unbelievably as simple to make as a no-bake fat bomb but comforting and creamy like chocolate mousse.
Be sure to use a block style, full-fat cream cheese, and no sugar added peanut butter to get the lowest carb count.

Keto Chocolate Peanut Butter Cheesecake Mousse Recipe-
Ingredients:
- 4 oz cream cheese, cut into cubes (use full fat block style cream cheese)
- 3 ½ tbsp low-carb powdered sweetener or other low carb powdered sweetener equivalent
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 3 tablespoon smooth peanut butter, (use a no sugar added brand)
- ⅔ cup heavy whipping cream
Directions:
- In a stand mixer or mixing bowl with an electric hand mixer, beat together the sweetener and cream cheese for 1 minute.
- Add peanut butter and cocoa powder and beat until thoroughly combined be sure to scrape down the sides and bottom of the bowl and mix until combined.
- While the mixer is running on medium speed, slowly add the heavy cream and continue mixing until creamy and fluffy (should look like a whipped frosting texture).
- Divide the mousse between 4 cups or containers and chill for 15 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy.
