    Keto chocolate peanut butter cheesecake mousse is a creamy & fluffy, yummy, no-bake treat that is low in carbs and gluten-free.

    Two Keto Chocolate Peanut Butter Mousse cups

    A whipped and creamy, low carb dessert that combines chocolate mousse, peanut butter, and cheesecake.

    This decadent, indulgent mousse is so rich and full of chocolate peanut butter goodness that it is hard to believe that it is low carb and keto-friendly.

    Unbelievably as simple to make as a no-bake fat bomb but comforting and creamy like chocolate mousse.

    Keto Chocolate Peanut Butter Cheesecake Mousse with whipped cream

    Be sure to use a block style, full-fat cream cheese, and a no sugar added peanut butter to get the lowest carb count.

    Keto Chocolate Peanut Butter Cheesecake Mousse Recipe-

    Ingredients:

    • 4 oz cream cheese, cut into cubes (use full fat block style cream cheese)
    • 3 ½ tbsp Swerve confectioners sweetener or other low carb powdered sweetener equivalent
    • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
    • 3 tbsp smooth peanut butter, (use a no sugar added brand)
    • ⅔  cup heavy whipping cream

    Recommended Products:

        

    Directions:

    1. In a stand mixer or mixing bowl with an electric hand mixer, beat together the sweetener and cream cheese for 1 minute.
    2. Add peanut butter and cocoa powder and beat until thoroughly combined be sure to scrape down the sides and bottom of the bowl and mix until combined.
    3. While the mixer is running on medium speed, slowly add the heavy cream and continue mixing until creamy and fluffy (should look like a whipped frosting texture).
    4. Divide the mousse between 4 cups or containers and chill for 15 minutes.
    5. Serve and enjoy.
