      Does this freeze well?

Hi Jennifer, I think freezing it would not be great, as it will change the texture of the mousse.

I've been trying to steer clear of erythritol in my desserts. Is there any way to replace the swerve confectioner potentially with honey? Thanks!

Yay! A delicious-sounding low-carb dessert that doesn't have something with coconut in the recipe. I will be making this one very soon.
