Low Carb Pizza Chips
Low Carb Pizza Chips are such an easy recipe to make a recipe with only 2 to 3 ingredients. Crisp chips that have a big pizza flavor!
Low Carb Pizza Chips are the easy way to get big pizza taste in a crisp pepperoni cheesy chip.
These are simple, only 3 ingredients, and are very low in carbs, keto, grain-free, and gluten-free.
Perfect for dipping in pizza sauce ( I use Pommi brand sauce, as is fairly low carb).
My kids also love to dip these in this Homemade Ranch Dressing Sauce. I also include my homemade pizza sauce recipe at the bottom of the post.

Instead of baking in the oven, I used my air fryer at 400 degrees, for 6-7 minutes (may be different for other air fryers, check them as they cook).. then I took them out of fryer basket onto a wire rack - let them crisp up some more - just like eating pepperoni and cheese chips - not oily at all
Stacey says
Thanks, Angia, for the air fryer tips and directions 🙂
Missy says
What’s the square chip or cracker under the cheese and pepperoni?
Stacey says
Hi Missy, the photo has no square chip or cracker in it. A square checkerboard patterned strip runs down the middle of the cutting board in the photo.

I found huge pepperonis at my fav store and made these into a main dish. I use a little sweetener in the pizza sauce to cut the acidity. These are awesome!
Della says
Does the carb count include the sauce? Seems 2 gems for 5 slices of pepperoni and cheese is a bit high. I'm hoping this is including the dipping sauce. Thanks!
Stacey says
Yes, Della, the count includes the dipping sauce. Without the dipping sauce, it would be lower.
Linda says
Definitely gonna try these!! Thank you
jen says
after you make them and want to serve them the next day do you put them in the fridge?
Stacey says
Hi Jen, yes, you can store in the fridge and reheat them before serving.
Denise says
They look delicious! Wonder if these could be done in the microwave? It’s too hot to heat the oven these days!
Stacey says
Hi Denise, Yes it can be done in the microwave. Have to experiment with the times and sometimes I microwave the pepperoni alone firstto partially crisp then add cheese and microwave until melted.
Cathy says
I just made the chips and they are delicious
Stacey says
Thank you so much, Kathy, for your kind words.
Brittany says
How many chips are in a serving size?
Stacey says
It is 5 chips per serving.
Jill says
Just made these and they are Ah-mazing! I would say as good as a potato chip. Thank you for the recipe!
Stacey says
Jill, thank you for your kind words.
Billie says
Do you have to use cooking spray?
Stacey says
Billie, No, you do not need to! The pepperoni did not stick at all with the grease that releases during baking.
Taryn says
These are so cute! I bet my ten year old would love them. He loves pepperoni.
Stacey says
Thank you Taryn! My son (13) adores these 🙂
