    Low Carb Pizza Chips

Low Carb Pizza Chips are such an easy recipe to make a recipe with only 2 to 3 ingredients.  Crisp chips that have a big pizza flavor!

Low Carb Pizza Chips - Easy, super tasty, primal and low carb. Crisp chips with big pizza taste!

Low Carb Pizza Chips - Big pizza taste in a crisp chip! Low carb, gluten free and primal. Yummy for dipping!

Low Carb Pizza Chips are the easy way to get big pizza taste in a crisp pepperoni cheesy chip.

These are simple, only 3 ingredients, and are very low in carbs,  keto, grain-free, and gluten-free.

Perfect for dipping in pizza sauce ( I use Pommi brand sauce, as is fairly low carb).

My kids also love to dip these in this Homemade Ranch Dressing Sauce. I also include my homemade pizza sauce recipe at the bottom of the post.

Please Watch the Recipe Video Below:

    Low Carb Pizza Chips Recipe:

    Ingredients:

    • 20 slices pepperoni or salami, I used an uncured nitrate free brand
    • 1 ½  to 2  sticks mozzarella string cheese, sliced
    • ⅓ cup Pomi pizza sauce, or use my homemade sauce recipe towards the bottom of the post

    Directions:

    1. Preheat oven to 400 F (200 C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
    2. Place pepperoni slices on the lined baking sheet, and place a mozzarella string cheese slice on the center of each pepperoni.
    3. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or more until cheese starts to brown and pepperoni is crisp.
    4. Remove pepperoni cheese chips from the oven.
    5. Let cool a little until cheese is dry (can pat with a paper towel for excess grease once the cheese is completely dry and crisp).
    6. Serve with or without pizza sauce. Low carb ranch dressing is also good for dipping these in.

I found huge pepperonis at my fav store and made these into a main dish. I use a little sweetener in the pizza sauce to cut the acidity. These are awesome!

Does the carb count include the sauce? Seems 2 gems for 5 slices of pepperoni and cheese is a bit high. I'm hoping this is including the dipping sauce. Thanks!

Yes, Della, the count includes the dipping sauce. Without the dipping sauce, it would be lower.

They look delicious! Wonder if these could be done in the microwave? It’s too hot to heat the oven these days!

Hi Denise, Yes it can be done in the microwave. Have to experiment with the times and sometimes I microwave the pepperoni alone firstto partially crisp then add cheese and microwave until melted.

Billie, No, you do not need to! The pepperoni did not stick at all with the grease that releases during baking.
