Slow Cooker Sesame Ginger Chicken is an easy, grain-free, gluten-free, and low carb recipe that is easily mixed together and cooked in the slow cooker.

Chicken in a sweet and savory sauce that can be made paleo or low carb, depending on which sweetener you use.

It is very simple to mix the sauce ingredients in the crockpot, then toss the chicken in, to coat, sprinkle with red bell peppers.

Then cook on high or low until done, and garnish with sesame seeds & scallions.

This can be served as is, or over cauliflower rice. You don't have a slow cooker yet? This slow cooker is perfect.

Love the sound of this! Just made my first slow cooker chicken recipe last weekwith a Mexican flair but want to mkae an Asian themed recipe next and this one sounds perfect -- though I will have to make some slight adjustments as I will not be able to get some of the ingredients but either way YUM!

The apricot and ginger should combine beautifully - that sounds lovely.

I want to start making takeout at home but lots of recipes are a little intimidating. I really like that this one goes in the crockpot! I'm not ready to invest in a wok yet so this would be a good place to start. Thanks for the recipe!

Thank you Mark, It is more of a mild ginger flavour, but you can always add more ginger if you like it stronger 🙂
