     Antioxidant Wellness Tea

    Antioxidant Wellness Tea is a yummy, and natural tea made with ingredients that can prevent or shorten the duration of a cold.

    I make Antioxidant Wellness Tea, and drink it whenever I feel a cold coming on, or need to shorten the duration of a cold.

    This tea is full of immune-boosting ingredients like ginger, lemon, and turmeric,  and it also happens to taste pretty good.

    Made with these immune-boosting ingredients :

    Lemon

    • Full of vitamin C
    • Can help control weight
    • Can reduce Cancer risk
    • Protects against Anemia

    Ginger

    • Can reduce nausea and upset tummy
    • May reduce muscle pain 
    • Anti-inflammatory
    • Lowers blood sugar
    • Can help treat indigestion
    • May help improve brain function

    Turmeric

    • Antioxidant
    • Anti-inflammatory
    • Boosts brain function & lowers the risk of brain diseases
    • Can help prevent Cancer
    • May help fight depression

    Apple Cider Vinegar

    • Can kill harmful bacterias and fungus
    • Lowers blood sugars
    • Can reduce belly fat
    • Can lower cholesterol

    Raw Honey

    • Full of antioxidants
    • Can soothe the throat & coughs

    Ingredients
      

    • 1 cup boiling water.
    • 1 teaspoon lemon juice.
    • ½ teaspoon fine grated fresh ginger . use a micro plane or fine grater
    • ½ tablespoon Organic Apple Cider Vinegar.
    • ¼ teaspoon ground turmeric.
    • ½ teaspoon raw honey or 6 drops liquid stevia.

    Instructions
     

    • Boil water.
    • Pour in cup or mug.
    • Add all ingredients and stir.
    • Cool for a bit and sip.
    • drink nightly until feeling better.
    • You may kick the cold or at least shorten the duration.

      The recipe says 1Tsp of lemon juice but the T is capitalized so wondered if they is supposed to be 1Tbsp?
