Air Fryer Green Bean Fries are keto, low carb, gluten free, and so crisp and delicious!

Cooking these low-carb breaded green beans in the air fryer turns these into a tasty, healthy french fry alternative.

These fries are crisp, light, and not heavy or greasy. Perfect for dipping in your favorite low-carb sauces like ranch dressing or low-carb thousand Island dressing.

I used Fench green beans (haricots verts), but you can also use string beans or snap beans.

The crushed pork rinds can be purchased pre-crushed like this Pork Panko brand, or you can put traditional pork rinds in a freezer bag and crush them with a mallet or rolling pin until fine crumbs form.
