Keto Beef Taco Nachos are low carb, gluten-free, and have all the big beefy, cheesy nacho taste, but without the extra carbs that come from using corn chips.

This recipe uses pork rinds instead of traditional corn chips. The pork rinds will give you that crisp crunch you are craving when you want nachos.
Don’t worry; you can still enjoy all your favorite nacho toppings. I love to make these for lunch or dinner!
My son & hubby happily gobbled a batch of these nachos for lunch yesterday.
These are also perfect for serving with low-carb margaritas on a girl’s night, mom’s night, game day, or adult get together when it is safe to socialize again.
