Keto Instant Pot Cabbage Pancetta in Cream Sauce-

Keto Instant Pot Cabbage Pancetta in Cream Sauce is easy to make in the Instant Pot with chopped cabbage,  aromatic spices, and delicious, smokey pancetta in a rich cream sauce that includes a dairy-free paleo option.

Even my son, who hates cabbage, was amazed at how good this was. He especially loved the pancetta. You can also use diced bacon if you can't find pancetta.

A perfect Saint Patrick's day dish or year-round side dish that will get rave reviews.

Looks good. Why do you use the parchment paper?

Hi Marilyn, I used the paper to keep some of the cabbage smell from going all throughout the house, lol. I think it helped a little but it is not required to make the recipe.

Can you make this on the stove top? I am not an "instant pot" owner.

Suzanne, I'm sure you could steam the cabbage on the stovetop until soft, and make the sauce in a saucepan on the stovetop and serve over the cabbage.

There's nothing better than a good cream sauce, and that hint of nutmeg in there sounds like the perfect pairing to the pancetta!
