    Ingredients

    • 16 Salame or Pepperoni slices, Uncured Nitrate Free
    • 3 Tablespoon Shredded Mozzarella (for paleo, use shredded almond cheese)
    • 1 Tablespoon Black Olive Slices 
    • 3 Tablespoon Organic Tomato Sauce or Tomato Puree (no added sugar)
    • ¼ Tablespoon Garlic Powder
    • ⅛ Teaspoon Ground Oregano
    • ½ Teaspoon Italian Seasonings
    • Pinch Sea Salt * optional

    Directions

    Sauce ingredients

    Preheat oven to 400 F, and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Mix all sauce ingredients together in a small bowl.

    Sprinkle a teaspoon of mozzarella cheese or almond cheese in the middle of each Salami slice.
