Ingredients

The Sauce
- 6 tablespoon Butter
- ⅓ cup chopped Walnuts
- 12-15 fresh Sage Leaves
Pasta
- 1 ½ cups Keto Pasta, Hearts of Palm Noodles, zoodles, or pasta of choice
Garnish
- 3 tablespoons Grated Parmesan Cheese

Instructions

Bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook the pasta of choice as directed on the package. Drain pasta in a colander.

In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the walnuts and sage leaves.

Stir and cook for about 2 minutes or until the butter starts to brown.

Add cooked drained pasta to the skillet and toss in the sage walnut butter sauce. Remove from heat, plate, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve.
Variations
- Spicy - add chili pepper flakes to imbue heat into the dish while cooking.
- Meat- add cooked chopped bacon, cooked pancetta, or grilled chicken to this dish to make it a satisfying low-carb main dish.

Storage
Store the leftover cooked pasta and sauce in a sealed container in the fridge for up to three days. Reheat on the stovetop or in the microwave and serve.
