Ingredients
- Two (6-7oz) Halibut Fillets
- 2 tablespoons Butter, at room temperature
- One teaspoon of Dijon Mustard
- 1 ½ teaspoons Lemon Juice
- 1 clove Garlic, minced
- ½ teaspoon Sea Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
- ¼ teaspoon Paprika
- ½ tablespoon finely chopped Scallions
- Two Lemon Slices

Coat the air fryer basket with cooking spray or line basket, and preheat the Air fryer to 375℉ (190℃).
In a small bowl, add butter, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, minced garlic, sea salt, pepper, paprika, and chopped scallions.
Mix until well combined.
Pat the halibut fillets dry with a paper towel. Spoon the lemon butter mixture onto each fillet and spread it evenly, covering the top and sides.
Place a thin lemon slice on top of each fillet and carefully transfer them to the preheated air fryer basket.
Air fry the halibut at 375°F (190℃) for 6-8 minutes, or until cooked through. Serve it with extra chopped scallions and a side salad.
Substitutions
- Halibut- You can substitute the halibut fillets with mahi-mahi, red snapper, cod, or other white fish.

Any leftover cooked fish can be stored in a sealed container in the fridge for up to two days, or frozen in a sealed freezer bag for up to one month.

Instructions

- Use a paper towel to pat the halibut fillets dry. Spoon the lemon butter mixture onto each fillet and spread it evenly, covering the top and sides. Place a thin lemon slice on top of each fillet and carefully transfer them to the air fryer basket as it’s preheated.
- Air fry the halibut at 375°F (190℃) for 6-8 minutes, or until cooked through.
- Serve it with extra chopped scallions and a side salad.
