    Ingredients

    Ingredientts for making air fry halibut.
    • Two (6-7oz) Halibut Fillets
    • 2 tablespoons Butter, at room temperature
    • One teaspoon of Dijon Mustard
    • 1 ½ teaspoons Lemon Juice
    • 1 clove Garlic, minced
    • ½ teaspoon Sea Salt
    • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
    • ¼ teaspoon Paprika
    • ½ tablespoon finely chopped Scallions
    • Two Lemon Slices

    Instructions

    Preheat air fryer.

    Coat the air fryer basket with cooking spray or line basket, and preheat the Air fryer to 375℉ (190℃).

    Preparing the lemon butter.

    In a small bowl, add butter, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, minced garlic, sea salt, pepper, paprika, and chopped scallions.

    Mixing the sauce.

    Mix until well combined.

    Brushing the halibut with the sauce.

    Pat the halibut fillets dry with a paper towel. Spoon the lemon butter mixture onto each fillet and spread it evenly, covering the top and sides.

    Adding lemon slices to the fish.

    Place a thin lemon slice on top of each fillet and carefully transfer them to the preheated air fryer basket.

    Air fry the halibut at 375°F (190℃) for 6-8 minutes, or until cooked through. Serve it with extra chopped scallions and a side salad.

    Substitutions

    • Halibut- You can substitute the halibut fillets with mahi-mahi, red snapper, cod, or other white fish.

    Storage

    Any leftover cooked fish can be stored in a sealed container in the fridge for up to two days, or frozen in a sealed freezer bag for up to one month.
