Snickers Keto Fat Bombs are a no-bake, easy-to-make, low-carb, high-fat, gluten-free treat that tastes like Snickers candy.

Crunchy peanuts in a creamy peanut butter coating with a dark chocolate drizzle make these keto peanut clusters a tasty, low-carb alternative to the popular high-carb candy bar.

Made with only a few ingredients and only 3g net carbs per cluster, these tasty treats pack a powerful punch of healthy fats and protein to keep you feeling full and energized.
Best of all, no baking in the oven is required! Just a small amount of microwaving is needed, so no hot oven heating up your house on a warm day!

These Snickers Keto Fat Bombswill be your new go-to snack!

My son likes these peanut candy clusters are even better than a traditional Snickers bar because they are not as dry in texture.

This was inspired by my Keto Snickers Cheesecake Mousse recipe on this site.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat. Set aside.

Combine the peanut butter, sugar-free white chocolate chips, and one teaspoon of coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl.

Microwave for 30 seconds, stir, and then microwave for 20-second increments, stirring in between until mostly melted and smooth.

Add the peanuts and stir until all the peanuts are coated.

Spoon six small mounds of the cluster mixture onto the lined baking sheet. Set aside.

Add the dark chocolate chips and the ½ teaspoon of remaining coconut oil in a small microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 15-second increments, stirring until melted and smooth.

Drizzle the melted chocolate over the peanut clusters.

Freeze in the freezer for 35-45 minutes until solid. Serve and enjoy!
Hint: Be sure to place the peanut clusters about an inch apart on the lined baking sheet in case they spread out a bit while freezing.
