Keto No-Bake Snickers Cheesecake Mousse
The idea for these mouthwatering keto no-bake Snickers cheesecakes came from my Keto No-Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Cheesecake Mousse recipe.

No-bake recipes like these are often a hit among dessert lovers. Unlike most no-bake cheesecakes, this recipe doesn’t need to be in the fridge for hours to set, it is ready to eat in a few minutes.

Ingredients
Peanut Butter Cheesecake Mousse
- 5 ounces Cream Cheese (full-fat), softened and cut into cubes
- ⅓ cup Low Carb Powdered Sweetener
- 2 tablespoon Sour Cream, full-fat
- 4 tablespoon Heavy Cream
- 2 tablespoon Smooth Peanut Butter (no sugar added), softened
- ½ teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Toppings
- 1 ½ tablespoons Sugar-Free Chocolate Syrup
- 1 ½ tablespoons Sugar-Free Caramel Syrup
- 1 ½ tablespoons Peanuts
- 1 ½ tablespoon Whipped Heavy Cream

Instructions
With a stand mixer or electric hand-held mixer, cream together the cream cheese, sour cream, and powdered sweetener
Mix until smooth and blended.
Add peanut butter and vanilla extract and beat until smooth.
Use a rubber scraper to scrape down the sides of the bowl and mix again until combined.
While the mixer is on, slowly add the heavy cream.
Continue to mix until smooth, fluffy, and creamy.
Spoon or pipe with a piping bag the mousse into 3 small jars, cups, or bowls (I used 4-ounce mason jars).
Drizzle each mousse with sugar-free caramel syrup and sugar-free chocolate syrup. Sprinkle with peanuts.
Top with an optional dollop of whipped heavy cream. Serve and enjoy.
Hint: To soften cream cheese and peanut butter, leave them on the counter for 15 minutes until room temperature or microwave for a few seconds to soften.
