These bagels also have a slight tang to them that will remind you of sourdough.

Are you on the keto diet and missing bread? Well, you won't miss it anymore!

These keto bagels are easy to make and just as delicious as the real thing.

Made with low-carb ingredients, they are the perfect way to start your day or have a quick snack.

This recipe makes four bagels, so you can have them on hand when a bagel craving strikes.

They can be stored in the fridge in a sealed container for up to a week or in the freezer in a freezer bag with parchment paper between each bagel for up to three months.

Bagels can be reheated or lightly toasted in the toaster oven, bagel toaster, or oven after being refrigerated or defrosted in the fridge from the freezer.

Why is an easy keto bagel healthy?

Keto bagels are an excellent option for switching to a healthier diet. These bagels are low in carbs, contain healthy fats, and are high in fiber.

The combination of these nutritional elements makes them ideal for anyone following a keto diet.

One of the most significant benefits of keto bagels is that they are high in healthy fats. Because of this, they will help keep you feeling full longer.

Serve them with full-fat cream cheese, butter, peanut butter, and low-carb berry jam, or make an egg & cheese bagel sandwich.

Once your keto bagels have finished baking and have cooled, store them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.

You can also freeze them for up to 3 months in a freezer bag. To reheat, pop them in the toaster oven or enjoy them at room temperature with your favorite topping.
