    Quick Low Carb  Buns-

Easy to make, grain-free, quick low carb buns that are also keto, gluten-free, and paleo.

Quick Low Carb Buns- Keto & PaleoPin

Quick Low Carb Buns are a fast and easy way to make burger buns, sandwich buns, or toast.

The recipe is for one but can be doubled for 2 buns, or quadrupled for 4 buns in a large mixing bowl and poured into 2 to 4 ramekins (small bowls). I like to make these for burgers, sandwiches, and even grilled cheese.

These quick low-carb buns are sturdy enough for even a big thick burger and can be toasted in a toaster, or broiled in the boiler. Extremely low in net carbs and high in fiber.

Hi! Just wondering if you think that Almond milk would work with this recipe in place of the coconut milk?

I'm allergic to coconut flour. Is there a substitute for coconut flour?

Hi Cameron, if you can have almond flour then you can replace the coconut four with 1 1/2 tbsp almond four.

I made these today. Even though I used my knife to scrape around the sides, they stuck to the bottom of the bowl. Did I do something wrong? Looking forward to having burgers tonight, but the one may be open faced 🙂

Hi Carla, Sometimes if I wait until they are cooled off and then slide knife around and gently under it and lift slightly then it does not stick. They stick more when warm (not sure why that is).

Awesome recipe...loved them! Should these be refrigerated if not eaten right away or making big batches?

Yes Allyson, all the grain free breads should be stored in the fridge, as there are no preservatives to keep them from perishing.
