Ingredients

- ¾ cup Plain Greek Yogurt, full-fat
- 2 tablespoons Tahini (sesame seed paste)
- ⅓ cup grated English Cucumber, grated with peel
- 1 tablespoon fresh Lemon Juice
- ½ tablespoon Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 cloves of Garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons chopped Fresh Mint or Dill
- ½ teaspoon Salt, or to taste
- ½ teaspoon freshly ground Black Pepper, or to taste
- 1 teaspoon finely grated Lemon Zest
- 1 ½ tablespoons Feta Cheese Crumbles * optional

Pulse until a creamy sauce forms.
Remove the sauce from the processor and serve.
