    Introducing keto cookie dough balls - a guilt-free and delicious treat that will have you feeling like you're cheating on your diet, but in a good way. 

    This was inspired by my keto mint chocolate chip cheesecake bites recipe on this site.

    Ingredients

    Ingredients to make keto cookie dough balls
    • Four tablespoons Butter
    • Three tablespoons Low-Carb Brown Sweetener
    • ½ teaspoon Vanilla Extract
    • ⅔ cup Fine Almond Flour
    • Thirty Sugar-Free Chocolate Chips

    Instructions

    Preparing the sweetener and butter.

    In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the brown sweetener and stir until dissolved in the butter. Remove from heat.

    Stir in the vanilla extract and set aside to cool.

    Add almond flour to a medium-sized mixing bowl and whisk until clump-free.

    Mixing the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients.

    Add the melted butter mixture to the almond flour. 

    Use a fork to stir and press almond flour into the butter mixture to form a dough.

    Add the chocolate chips and press into the dough.

    Freeze the bowl of dough for 10 minutes (this makes the dough less sticky).

    Pressing the dough into  balls.

    Remove the dough from the freezer and use your hands to press the dough into 10 cookie dough balls.

    Storage

    Store the cookie dough balls in a covered container in the fridge for up to five days or in the freezer for up to three months.
