      FAQ

Can I omit the Parmesan cheese?

Yes, you may omit the Parmesan and replace it with spices or herbs.

Can I use non-fat cottage cheese?

To keep the carb count low, I recommend using a higher-fat, low-carb cottage cheese like the Good Culture brand, but if you are not on a low-carb diet, you can use any cottage cheese you prefer.
